The Opportunity

We are on a transformation journey to build scalable, best-in-class digital products that enable exceptional customer and user journeys. To drive this forward, we are further establishing Group Product as a function across all markets, with a focus on shared solutions such as an international CMS platform, mobile apps and a consolidation of our 5 different local back-end systems into one international platform. In Sweden, we are now looking for a Head of Product who can bring clarity in complexity, connect local and global priorities, and lead a local senior team through change and growth while also being part of a senior management team leading the international product transformation.

As Swedish Head of Product, you will lead a team of Product Owners and a Product designer, focusing on our digital lottery product – website, payments, loyalty, app and SaaS solutions. You will represent Sweden within the international Group Product organisation, aligning the local roadmap with group-wide frameworks and shared platforms.

You are part of the International Product Leadership team, and one of the Swedish management teams, consisting of Managing Director and Heads of Department. Reporting both locally to one of the Swedish Managing Directors and internationally to the Group Product Director, you will play a key role in bridging local and global priorities.
