Your Challenge

Responsible for strategic and operational implementation of safety work in autonomous vehicles.
Defines, reviews and follows up safety packages and Safety Cases.
Performs safety analyses, assessments and internal audits.
Works closely with product management, developers and system testers to ensure functional safety and compliance with standards such as ISO 26262 and SOTIF.

The Team and Workplace

You will be part of a small team with a lot of experience in the field of Onroad Safety for autonomous vehicles. The group, which consists of about 6-7 people, works closely with global teams in Germany and the US. The work is characterised by a free and unpretentious culture where individual responsibility is combined with strong collaboration. The location is Södertälje, with the possibility of hybrid work (two days a week in the office).

About You

We are looking for you with deep knowledge of functional safety and interest in autonomous vehicles and familiar with standards such as ISO 26262 and SOTIF.

It is positive if you have relevant technical education and experience in safety work. You are a communicative team player with the ability to navigate complex, international projects and you are motivated by change and driving things forward and want to be part of creating engagement and innovation.

As a person and a colleague, you are curious, proactive and networking to create and maintain good and trusting relationships with your colleagues.

Fluency in English is a requirement, and a B driving licence is desirable. Experience with autonomous systems and AI-based security solutions
