As a DevOps Engineer with test focus you’ll be working within our Delivery Accelerator Tribe where you’ll join a friendly and passionate team who are eager to learn and support others with DevSecOps mindset, applying best agile practices, enabling efficient development.


As a DevOps Engineer with test focus you´ll be working within our Delivery Accelerator Tribe where you´ll join a friendly and passionate team who are eager to learn and support others with DevSecOps mindset, applying best agile practices, enabling efficient development. You will act as an expert within test and DevSecOps field supporting our development teams setting effective testing and building test automation. You will also provide guidance for the teams to prepare their own test strategy and describe their WoW with development following SEB processes and guidelines.

You will also maintain SEB Development Process, Test Principles and set up Test Governance, contribute by developing other guidelines, giving presentations and holding workshops for developers

Your team:
Our team is a group of helpful, friendly and passionate people who are curious to learn and share knowledge with others. We work applying Scrum and SAFe methodologies in our daily work. Within our Tribe we have DevSecOps Engineers as well as Test Automation experts who are distributed in Stockholm and Lithuania. You will work in our newly built office in Arenastaden, Solna but the job could imply business trips to Lithuania.


To fit this position you have a background as a developer understanding Java, .Net or JavaScript. You also are experienced in the test field and have worked with automated testing and test management. Since our environment and needs vary between our development teams you need to have a solid understanding of different technical environments and test automation tools such as Selenium, Ready API, UFT, etc.

You also have a good understanding of DevOps and how to build and run applications on different platforms, have experience in containers (Docker, OpenShift), working with infrastructure as code, automation and continuous integration. As a person we value your communication skills since you´ll be working towards many different people and stakeholders. We also appreciate your professional expertise and willingness to share your knowledge and help others.
