As DevOps Test Engineer, you belong to our Delivery Accelerator Tribe, dedicated to enabling efficient DevSecOps and quality in the development throughout the bank. We share our expertise within DevSecOps and continuous testing with developer teams in SEB internationally.


As DevOps Test Engineer, you support and guide our development teams in building test automation and effective testing integrated in DevOps development. You help the teams build competence, processes and test automation and preparing their own test strategy. As the development teams have various technical environments and WoW, you ensure that effective and qualitative testing and DevOps principles are maintained throughout the bank.

Setting up Test Governance, maintaining Test Principles and the SEB Development process also entails developing new guidelines when needed. You will also share your knowledge through presentations and workshops with developers.

Your team:
The Delivery Accelerator Tribe is a group like no other at SEB. We provide the bank´s development teams with tools, processes and guidance based on bank´s common and their specific needs and we are a team of engaged and passionate professionals, eager to both learn and share knowledge. Together we work applying SAF´e methodologies, having both experts within Test Automation and DevSecOps in our agile tribe. We are an international team, based in Stockholm and Vilnius and the job could imply business trips to Lithuania. You will work in our newly built office in Arenastaden in Solna, Stockholm.


As you will be working with many different colleagues and stakeholders, we value your effective communication skills. Your professional expertise and willingness to both learn and share knowledge is key in this position.

You are well-versed in testing, having worked with test management and automated testing. Our development teams have various needs and technical environments, calling for a solid understanding of different test automation tools, such as Selenium, UFT and ReadyAPI. You have a good understanding of DevOps and building and running applications on different platforms. You have experience in working with containers (e.g. Docker, OpenShift) as well as automation and continuous integration. You have a background in development, understanding and having worked with Java, .Net, JavaScript, or another language.
